We are pleased to offer a sampling of our wines on the premises of our estate La Pavesa in addition for being a learning tool of their characteristics, is often a social and joyful gathering among people who participate.

Our intention is to propose different types of wine tasting;

• Classic
• Monferrato
• Special Theme

The wine served for sampling will be the same, the difference is in the food each sampling will be accompanied with.

Like our wines which have strong roots in this region, so is our regional food, there is why we have chosen food unique to this region, authentic in the making, and a perfect match to each wine you be sampling.

THE CLASSICAL SAMPLING

This type of sampling provides the opportunity 'to accompany our wines with, pretzels, bread sticks, crackers and Parmesan cheese, but also with Krumiri, very famous cookies from Casale Monferrato.

THE MONFERRINA SAMPLING (reservations only)

This type of sampling gives you the choice of accompany our wines with particular local food from Monferrato, such as, red or green sauce sandwiches, our famous pancakes called "Friciulin," a slice of toasted local bread sprinkled with salt and rubbed with garlic. Our famous Bagna Cauda", all accompanied with local salami.

SAMPLING by THEME (by appointment only)

This type of sampling gives you the freedom of choice by letting your imagination run wild. One typical example would be to accompany our wines with a series of local produced honey. Our wine has a wide range of combining different foods, not only from European country, but also from an international cuisine. However, this is 'just a suggestion, because' in reality 'the choices are many and varied, given the versatility of our wines.
